Our room was beautiful and wonderful, included Wi-Fi and coffee-making facilities. All the employees were absolutely perfect and kind. The location was central, close enough to the seafront, good restaurants in the neighbourhood and eateries. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the hotel.

I asked for family room and it was airy for great views from our bedroom. The breakfast was the best with scrambled eggs and at least 9 different cereals to choose as well and beautiful views, greatly enjoyed what was offered. The staff were superfriendly and exceptionally nice! The location couldn't be more marvellous and lovely down the steps to the north bay.

Was a chilled-out base for trip. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely hotel based in a Victorian building. The property's location was central, to the Harbour-a lovely friendly place to stay. Also, it was positioned not very far from tourist spot like a medieval castle.
